The City of Spring Lake Park provides water and sewer services, along with other utility services for all properties in the City . The Utility Billing Department is responsible for the quarterly billing. Water Utility accounts are billed January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. All payments are due on or before the 30th of the month in which they bill. If payment is not received by the due date, a 10% late penalty applies. Late penalties must be applied consistently and are not subject to credit. Delinquent accounts may be subject to disconnection of services or certification to the County for collection with property taxes.
Online delivery of the water bill or eBill is available. Click on the link below to begin registration. You will need your utility account number and PIN number. The PIN number is located in the upper left corner of your bill, under the City logo. You may also call the City for the information. When registering your account, please enter the account number using the dashes (hyphens) just as it appears on your bill. Once registered for the eBill, the City will cease mailing a paper statement. You will receive a notice from ebill3871@jUSTInter when your bill is ready to view. To ensure you receive your notice, be sure to add ebill3871@jUSTInter to your contacts. Once registered, online payments are available through ePay, but online payments carry a convenience fee. The City accepts walk-in cash payments, checks, money orders, bill pay payments, and credit/debit payments by phone or in person. All credit/debit card payments carry a convenience fee. Regrettably, we do not have auto-pay. A payment drop box is available 24/7 for checks and money orders. The drop box is located in the entry at City Hall (1301 81st Avenue NE).

If you are moving, vacating the property or a new owner, please contact the Utility Billing office to arrange for a current water meter reading to close out your account, change owner information or shut the water off.
